OF THE TOWN OF DUSON
OF THE PARISH OF LAFAYETTE
AND THE PARISH OF ACADIA
Notice is hereby given pursuant to Article 7, Section 23(C) of the Louisiana Constitution and R.S. 47:1705(B) that a public hearing of
the Town of Duson (Lafayette Parish & Acadia Parish)
will be held at the regular meeting place,
the Town of Duson Council & Chambers at 300 Second Street,
Duson, Louisiana, on Tuesday, July 13, 2010 at 6:00 p.m.
to consider levying additional or increased millage rates
without further voter approval or adopting the adjusted
millage rate and rolling forward to a millage rate not to
exceed the prior year’s maximum. |
